Master's student @ Wuhan University

I am a final-year master's student at the School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wuhan University, supervised by Professor Yufeng Zhang. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Medicine degree from the School and Hospital of Stomatology, Peking University.

My research interests lie broadly in computational and quantitative approaches to biomedical research, particularly methods that help us understand complex biological systems. My current project focuses on developing sequence-based methods for protein-protein interaction prediction, which is also benefited from the guidance of Professor Zuchao Li from the School of Artificial Intelligence, Wuhan University.

My research experience has also included host-pathogen interactions and antimicrobial materials. I am proficient in scRNA-seq and bulk RNA-seq analysis, with broad experience in computational tools for microbiome analysis and protein structure modeling and simulation. In addition, I have a strong experimental background in molecular biology, bacterial and mammalian cell culture, and mouse models.

In my spare time, I enjoy building practical automation projects with software and electronic hardware. These projects often aim to replace repetitive manual work, such as analyzing experimental data or using Arduino-controlled pumps for liquid dispensing.
